How we handle your details

This notice covers the forms on narahealth.id, Instagram and Facebook: registering interest in a consultation, and applying for a job.

What we collect

Your name, phone number and email address, the age of the person attending, who the consultation is for, your preferred location, how soon you hope to be seen, and anything you choose to write about what you would like to work on. We also receive basic technical information, such as which advertisement brought you to the form.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to offer a date and time once we open, and to make sure the right clinician sees you. Nothing you write is used for advertising, and we do not build profiles of people who inquire.

Who reads it

The Nara team who arrange appointments, and the clinician who will see you. Anything you write about what you want to work on is read only by that clinician. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, including insurers or employers.

Where it is kept

Inquiries arrive by email and are stored on the form services we use to receive them (Web3Forms for the website, Meta for the Instagram form). Health-related details are treated as specific personal data under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022), and we keep them only as long as we need to arrange your care.

If you apply for a job

We collect your contact details, your answers to the application questions and your CV. Answers arrive by email, CVs are stored privately with our website host (Vercel), and answers to job forms on Instagram or Facebook are held by Meta. Only the founding team reads applications. We keep them only as long as we need them for hiring, and we delete them if you ask.
