Nara is a new private psychiatry and clinical psychology practice opening soon in South Jakarta. First consultations are long and unhurried, and each patient customizes their course of treatment with their clinician.
The role
You will take Nara from an empty building to a licensed, running clinic, and then run it day to day.
You will work directly with the founders and the founding clinicians. When we open a second location, you will lead that too.
What you will own
Licensing. PT setup with our agent, the klinik utama license through OSS and Dinkes, SIP for every clinician, TDPSE.
The build. Fit-out with the architect and contractor, vendors, a hospital referral partner and SOPs before day one.
Systems. Choosing and setting up SATUSEHAT-ready medical records, booking, WhatsApp Business, payments and accounting.
Running it. Schedules, reporting, accreditation readiness, data protection and a calm, discreet patient experience.
What we ask
3 to 6 years
In healthcare operations, at a clinic group, hospital or health company.
One clinic opened
Hands-on work opening at least one new clinic or healthcare site.
Clinic systems
Chosen or rolled out a medical-records or practice-management system.
Bilingual
Fluent Indonesian and good working English.
