What guides us, and what you can expect from us, every time you visit.

What you share stays between you and your clinician. Nothing reaches your family, employer or insurer without your written consent, and if your employer pays, they receive the receipt and nothing else. The only exception is a serious risk to someone's safety, which your clinician explains at your first visit.
The clinic is arranged with the same care:

You arrive as a guest. Our rooms are designed to feel like a home, with daylight, greenery, comfortable chairs and something warm to drink, and your time with us is never rushed.
Whatever brings you in, you are met with courtesy and without judgment, and the only person you explain yourself to is your clinician.

People come to us for many reasons, and feeling unwell is only one of them. Some want to understand themselves better, carry pressure more lightly, sleep well, or be more present with the people they love. You don't need a diagnosis, or a crisis, to come and see us.
Like training or eating well, time with a psychologist or psychiatrist is something you can return to over the years.

You customize your course of treatment with your clinician: how often you meet, the approach you take, and what else might help, such as sleep care or sessions with a partner. You'll know what we recommend, why, and what it will cost before you begin, and you see the same clinician each time.
If someone else would suit you better, we'll tell you plainly and help you find them.

Our psychiatrists and clinical psychologists are senior and experienced, and many of them trained in the US, UK, Australia and Singapore. They use treatments with research behind them, such as CBT, EMDR, schema therapy and ACT, and tell you which one they are using and why.
